Natural Selection has been in existence for over six years assisting organisations across the UK and beyond with their Recruitment and wider Staffing needs. Originally set up as a specialist Financial Recruiter, the Company quickly diversified to providing strategic and operational HR support to organisations across the UK of which the recruitment process is but one part. From HR Audit, in house management development, outplacement of staff, grievance management, on-going HR advice and Consultancy, through to recruitment of permanent or temporary staff at Middle, Senior and Executive level, we have the expertise in house to make a real difference to your organisation.
