Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for some who is looking to work in a busy vibrant environment.

The role is to cover the operational management of 5 Breakfast and After School Clubs, and 2 Holiday Clubs, all located within the same area.

You will need to have a fun and lively personality yet able to contribute to the smooth running of the clubs on a strategic level with full management responsibilities of all 5 clubs.

Some of your responsibilities will include;

•Full Management & Administration responsibilities including the development of all policies and procedures, ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to. •Weekly assessments of each centre to ensure the smooth running of each club and standards of care, you may need to cover some clubs occasionally. •Devise and implement an annual group development plan, setting targets for successful operation (including setting targets for childcare standards, capacity, staff training, activity planning, quality management, promoting the settings using marketing media) and ensure these plans are followed through. •Full management responsibility of all staff including staff development and training, attraction and retention and performance management. •Implementation of a working in partnership with parent program •Full responsibility for customer satisfaction, dealing with all aspects of attracting new clients, managing existing clients and ensuring all customers are happy with the service, dealing with any issue that may arise. •Budgeting and financing – you will have full management of the income and budgets and financing of the clubs with the support of a finance administrator •Liaise with Ofsted, Sure Start and any other external agency, you will be expected to attend network meetings •Work in line with all legal requirements/ recommendations including EYFS, ofsted standards etc. •Work in partnership with head teachers and other school staff
